Vibhor Steel is a leading manufacturer of high-quality steel products. The company is into the business of making high-quality mild steel tubes and pipes ranging from galvanized pipes to welded black tubes/pipes which find its application in the domestic, agriculture and the industrial sector etc. A state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at district Raigarh in the state of Maharashtra, India which currently produces high-end Hollow Section, GI and Black pipes ranging from 1/2” to 8”. All our products are manufactured confirming to the specifications of Indian and International standards.The newly expanded and modernized 8” pipe manufacturing unit has successfully elevated our production capacity to 60,000 MT per annum.

Work towards adding precision tubes, boiler tubes and cold drawn seamless tubes and pipes to Vibhor Steel’s portfolio is underway. We are also planning on catering to the requirements of the global market via exports.

Background

Nearly three decades association and experience in the steel industry led to the setting up of our own unit at Raigarh district of Maharashtra, manufacturing mild steel GI and ERW pipes.

Since its inception, Vibhor Steel has come a long way in the field of high-quality steel pipes. Starting with ½” ERW mill then to the latest 8”, we have evolved at a fast pace (three times more production capacity within five years), continuously improving the existing range and also investing in newer developments.

Aim

We aim at achieving higher standards of quality for our tubes and pipes, for the complete satisfaction of our customers. Along with further improved deliveries in the domestic market, plans are on the anvil to step into the export market as well.

Well-equipped mills run by a team of dedicated professionals ensure that our products bear the hallmark of quality and reliability. The company deals in mild steel tubes and pipes and currently manufactures:

• Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) black pipes of range 1/2 – 8″

• Hot-dipped galvanized pipes with a range from 1/2 – 12”
• Hollow Section Pipes

Qualified workmanship of the factory’s workers ensures maximum utilization while lessening the lead times.

The Quality

As mentioned, we target providing quality steel products, ensuring customer satisfaction. And so, all the products coming out of the manufacturing facility confirm to the specification of Indian and International standards. Necessary tests – Tensile Test, Flattening Test, Drift Test, Crushing Test, Bend Test – are all carried out in the unit”s laboratory, under the supervision of our able and qualified technical team.

In addition to this, each and every pipe is hydro-tested, straightened and after procuring test reports, dispatched. This helps us take guarantee in quality.
